Here's how to use the Gwynnie Bee site.

Browse

Explore the shirts, blouses, sweaters, blazers and dresses in our collection. When you see something you like, click on it, select the size you want, and add it to your bag.

Closet

When you're done adding garments to your bag, you will need to save the bag to your closet. Your closet represents the garmnets you'd like to receive over time. You can add garments to your closet at anytime. Even if your plan is for 3, 5, 7, or 10 garments at a time, we recommend keeping 20-40 garments in your closet at all times to keep it well-stocked.

Don't forget to save your bag before you leave your browser session. Otherwise, you might lose the garments that are in your bag and you will have to repeat the process. We know that this flow is a little clunky right now and we will be improving it over the coming months.

Enjoy

We pick the garments to send to you based on what you've saved into your closet. Wear the clothes for as long as you want and enjoy them. When you're done, send them back and exchange them - we'll send you new garments from your closet. It's as simple as that.

We provide you with exchange materials to make it easier for you to send garments back when you're done. The kit contains small and large bags, and pre-paid labels. Exchange garments whenever you like, and as frequently as you like. You can use the box itself to send back 3-5 garments at the same time, the large bag to send 2-3 items, or the small bag for 1-2 items. Don't forget to fill out the feedback card. Then use one of the included return labels and drop off the box or bag at the nearest UPS store, drop box or delivery truck. We'll take it from there.
